CONGRATULATIONS Annalisa!
Annalisa is a Financial Service Generalist at the Green Bay Road Branch, and she was recognized as the “Fisherperson of the Quarter” for the fourth and final quarter in 2005. FISH! is a philosophy that encourages everyone to feel inspired about the work they do.
At AM Community Credit Union, employees are nominated by their peers for actions that demonstrate this philosophy by service that is above and beyond normal job requirements, whether applied to member or employee interactions. These interactions are portrayed in at least one of the four simple but powerful principles: “Be There”; “Play”; “Make Their Day”; and “Choose Your Attitude.”
An internal committee of peers chooses the “Fisherperson of the Quarter” award from those employees nominated during the previous quarter, and CEO Don Gillespie awards the recipient with a certificate and a special FISH! polo shirt.
Annalisa was chosen for “Being There” for our members. Even though she was on the job only one month, she prevented a member from being scammed when the member indicated that a cashier’s check needed to be converted in order to cover the costs of “winnings.” Annalisa spotted the scam and saved the member $1,550! Congratulations Annalisa!
