CONGRATULATIONS Chrissy!
Chrissy is a Member Service Generalist at the Green Bay Road Branch, and she was recognized as the “Fisherperson of the Quarter” for the third quarter in 2006. FISH! is a philosophy that encourages everyone to feel inspired about the work they do.
At AM Community Credit Union, employees are nominated by their peers for actions that demonstrate this philosophy by service that is above and beyond normal job requirements, whether applied to member or employee interactions. These interactions are portrayed in at least one of the four simple but powerful principles: “Be There”; “Play”; “Make Their Day”; and “Choose Your Attitude.”
An internal committee of peers chooses the “Fisherperson of the Quarter” award from those employees nominated during the previous quarter, and CEO Don Gillespie awards the recipient with a certificate and a special FISH! polo shirt.
Chrissy was chosen for “Being There” for our members. In this busy day and age, Chrissy remembered that people matter more than money. One of our members finds it difficult to leave her home, yet she needed something notarized. Being a notary, Chrissy made a special trip to the member’s home after work to help the member out. Going above and beyond the call of duty earned Chrissy the third quarter’s Fisherperson award. Congratulations Chrissy!
